Dawn Slater has dedicated her career to fostering meaningful partnerships between First Nations, government, and industry. She has helped organizations navigate historical and contemporary Indigenous rights issues, advocating for agreements that reach beyond legal obligations and lay a foundation for mutual benefits and a strong economic future.
With deep expertise in land research and issues resolution, Dawn brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to every engagement. At Cedar West we negotiate, strategize, facilitate, and develop real solutions. Whether it’s policy development, consultation, or finalizing agreements, we ensure all voices are heard and that outcomes are both sustainable and actionable.
